Terms and conditions of entry – 2019 Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo Passport Competition
The promoter is Caravan Camping Industry Association of New South Wales (ABN 63002223449) (the 'Promoter'). The Promoter's address is Gate 1 Grand Avenue Rosehill NSW 2142,
The prize supplier is Isuzu UTE Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 129 563 739) of 1000 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill, Queensland, 4170 ("Prize Supplier").
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Winner’s choice of an Isuzu D-MAX or Isuzu MU-X
The major prize is either an Isuzu D-MAX 4x4 LS-T Crew Cab Ute Automatic with Metallic/Mica Paint - RRP $60,101 Drive Away Based on Sydney postcode 2000 for a Private Buyer at 31/05/19.
An Isuzu MU-X 4x4 LS-T Automatic with Metallic/Mica/Pearl Paint – RRP $61,781

The major prize will be available for collection from a Sydney based Isuzu UTE Dealer.
The winner must select from the two options above – Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Products shown are only indicative. Colours may vary depending on stock availability.
The total prize value includes one-year vehicle registration, normal new car manufacturer's warranty, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary from State by State). The specifications and recommended retail drive away price of the prize may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the Prize Supplier.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier takes no responsibility for fuel, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from date of delivery. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from a Sydney based Isuzu UTE Dealership and for collecting the vehicle within 28 days of the draw.

How to Enter
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be 16 years or older and must have paid for a 2019 Sydney Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo entry ticket.
Onsite passport competition forms must have all designated hole punches completed and matched in order to qualify as an entrant into the competition. The draw of an incomplete passport competition form will result in a redraw.
Online Adult and Concession ticket purchases via Oztix prior to 11:59pm on the 19th of September 2019 will be given 2 bonus entries into the passport competition. These participants will need to opt in to CCIA NSW news and information in order to be entered in the draw. These entries will not require the completion of the hole punches in order to qualify as an entrant. These online participants can also complete an onsite passport competition form for one additional entry into the prize draw.
The competition closes at 4:00pm on Sunday the 22nd September 2019.
The prize draw will take place at 11am on Wednesday the 2nd of October 2019 at the CCIA NSW head office - (Rosehill Gardens Racecourse Gate 1 Grand Avenue South Rosehill NSW 2142, Australia). The winner will be personally notified by phone or email or both. If the winner does not respond within 3 months after the 2nd of October 2019 there will be a redraw at 11am on 5th of February 2020 at the CCIA NSW head office.
Further Terms and Conditions
Exhibitors of the Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo and employees of the Promoter & of the Prize Supplier including their relatives are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner's deed of release (and indemnification) to provide proof of identity and proof of age. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Waiver and Liability
Prize-winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Prize Supplier (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b; or (f) use of a prize The Promoter (including its' officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits or opportunity), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition including taking or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), including the Non-Excludable guarantees. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
