How to set up your cashback account

Simply follow the steps below, then whenever you shop with one of our cashback partners online via the My NRMA app or in store, you'll get a percentage of your purchase back. It's that easy.

Not a member?

Step 1 - Set up

Open the My NRMA app on your device.

From the home screen, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.

This will bring you to your account dashboard—then simply navigate to and select ‘Cashback.’

Step 2 - Enter your details

Follow the prompts to enter your details.

You’ll have the option to securely link your credit or debit card— or you can skip this step and add it later at any time.

Step 3 - Shop

Enjoy the freedom to earn cashback online by simply head to the ‘Cashback’ section in the My NRMA app and choose from a wide range of participating partners.

To access a wide range of in store offers, please ensure you have linked a credit or debit card to your account.

No coupons, no codes – just shop and earn. It’s that easy.

Step 4 - Withdraw or donate

Once you’ve earned at least $10, tap your profile on the My NRMA app home screen and select ‘Cashback.’

To withdraw your cashback, tap ‘Withdraw’ under your available balance. Prefer to give back? Tap ‘Make a donation’ instead.

Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and tap ‘Withdraw’ again to confirm.

Your cashback will land in your bank account within 1–2 business days.

We make cashback oers available to you on the basis that the Participating Merchants pay us a commission for referring you to them. You may not be credited with Cashback for various reasons including where we are unable to confirm your transaction with the relevant Participating Merchant.

All cashback oer are subject to availability and change by our Participating Merchants. We exclude our liability in certain circumstances, including for consequential loss, if the Service is unavailable, for any unauthorised use of your Account, and for goods or services purchased by you from third parties referred to from the Service. We may disclose your personal information to other people, including to Participating Merchants program partners and other third party service providers necessary to deliver a feature of the Service that relies on that party or to process a transaction with that party.
