On 27 January 2016, Rohan Lund was appointed to the role of Group Chief Executive Officer of the National Roads & Motorists' Association (NRMA).
With a strong background in digital technology, strategy and innovation, Rohan brings a wealth of experience delivering transformation, across a range of customer-focused companies.
Most recently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Foxtel, Australia's largest subscription business, Rohan's previous roles also include COO of Seven West Media, CEO of Yahoo!7 and Strategy Director for SingTel Optus.
An energetic and customer focused leader, Rohan provides strategic and commercial expertise to the NRMA, which is Australia's largest member-owned organisation providing a range of motoring and travel services. Rohan will lead the NRMA on the next stage of its evolution, as it looks to maximise business opportunities in the shared economy and through massive technological change in the mobility sector.

Married with six children and a Director of UNICEF, he is passionate about family and community issues. He also holds a Master of Laws.
Peter Colacino was appointed Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs in September 2016, with responsibility for the NRMA's media, advocacy, government relations, company secretariat, education, community and sustainability.
Peter has extensive experience in connected mobility, roads, transport and infrastructure. Before joining the NRMA, Peter oversaw public and corporate affairs for Keolis Downer, the largest private provider of multi-modal public transport in Australia, and within NSW for Australia's largest private motorway operator, Transurban.
Peter brings experience of the operation of large complex transport networks, project delivery and tendering.
He has advised the former Premier for NSW and a number of former Cabinet Ministers in the Australian Government as well as developing industry policy for the national peak body for the infrastructure sector, Infrastructure Partnerships Australia. Peter has also advised Infrastructure Australia.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and a Bachelor of Science (Geography) from the University of Wollongong.
Paul was appointed Executive General Manager, Travel and Touring in April 2016 after holding the position of Acting Executive General Manager, Assistance Services from October 2015. He leads the team responsible for the travel and touring portfolio of businesses within the NRMA. The portfolio includes Thrifty car rental, NRMA holiday parks, Travelodge Hotels, and NRMA travel. Paul is currently a member of the Tourism Industry Advisory Council of the NSW Business Chamber.
Paul joined the NRMA in December 2014 in the role of General Manager, Customer Product and Loyalty. Before joining the NRMA, Paul held a variety of senior commercial and marketing roles with tourism and travel industry organisations in Australia and internationally. Most recently, Paul was a member of the executive team at Taronga Conservation Society Australia, as General Manager Marketing, Commercial and Fundraising. He was responsible for overseeing the successful marketing of Taronga's zoos in Sydney and Dubbo, delivering high-quality visitor experiences and growing the support of members, donors and corporate partners.
Paul has also been General Manager, Global Consumer Marketing at Tourism Australia and has also worked in various marketing, product and sales roles for Qantas and British Airways in Australia, Africa and the UK.
Paul was born in the UK but with an Australian wife and two children, he now calls Sydney home. He holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Cambridge University and a Masters of Business Administration from York University, Toronto.
Ed joined the NRMA in April 2015. With 20 years of strategy and business experience, gained from senior roles in several market-leading companies, preceded by a career in management consulting, Ed brings strong expertise in customer-led strategy development, digital transformation, and launching and growing new businesses.
Prior to joining the NRMA, Ed spent four years as General Manager, Strategy and Business Development, for Commonwealth Bank's Retail Bank where he was responsible for developing and driving the overarching strategy and customer value-proposition for the Australian Retail Bank.
Before CommBank, he worked for six years at Rabobank, where he was the Group Executive responsible for strategy, marketing and product, as well as driving its new, high-growth retail businesses such as the online bank, RaboDirect, in Australia and New Zealand. Ed also spent eight years with international strategy consultants, LEK Consulting, where he worked with boards and executives across sectors including retail, banking, mining, oil & gas and transport.
Ed graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours.
Samantha joined the NRMA in May 2016. Samantha and her team are responsible for building a sustainable and strong future for the core of the NRMA, including our roadside services and networks, car servicing, and driver training.
Samantha has extensive experience leading senior teams in the property, aviation and hospitality industries. She is passionate about customer service, superior operational performance and financial and cultural transformation.
During ten years with Qantas, most recently overseeing domestic operations, Samantha successfully led large, diverse teams through a period of significant change. She ensured the delivery of the customer promise while managing financial performance and driving a high performing culture. Following her time at Qantas, Samantha spent two years with GPT Group Sydney, one of Australia's largest diversified ASX Listed property groups as Head of Customer Strategy and Operations. In this role Samantha oversaw on-site operations across the GPT portfolio with a focus on delivering superior customer experiences, with an emphasis on safe, efficient and sustainable operations. Samantha also started up her own business management consultancy firm, The Plumm Group, specialising in customer experience strategy and operational transformation.
Lisbeth Rees joined the NRMA in June 2016 having full responsibility for the People & Culture function. Within her remit, Lisbeth oversees HR business partnering, Organisational Development including building and executing the Employee Value Proposition, Payroll, Health & Safety and Internal Communications.
Immediately prior to joining the NRMA, Lisbeth was the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific HR Director for Chubb Insurance, based in Singapore. Lisbeth had responsibility for the end to end HR function across the 6 countries within Asia Pacific and delivered high employee engagement, top talent retention and significant Learning & Development offerings to staff during times of constant change within the Asia Pacific markets and Insurance businesses globally. Lisbeth was promoted to the Asia Pacific role, after two and a half years as Australian HR Director for Chubb Insurance.
Lisbeth spent 10 years at ING in a variety of HR roles, including recruitment, HR policy and business partnering. During her time at ING, Lisbeth was awarded the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) HR Practitioner of the Year Award in 2009.
Lisbeth holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Monash University, Bachelor of Commerce from University of NSW and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Lisbeth is a Certified Professional Member of Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI).
Cormac Hodgkinson was appointed Chief Technology Officer in March 2016 after guiding delivery of the NRMA's Group membership system in 2015.
Cormac is responsible for NRMA's technology infrastructure and architecture, day to day operations and project delivery across all channels including Digital, Data and core platforms. Cormac is also responsible for developing the technology and innovation roadmap to support the NRMA strategy.
Before joining the NRMA, Cormac held key strategic roles at Telecommunications Company 3 in the UK where he was responsible for implementing digital channels for self-care and the delivery of the CRM solution for the organisation. He continued his career at 3 in Australia as General Manager CRM before moving to Vodafone as General Manager Customer Care.
At Vodafone, Cormac was responsible for delivering the sales and service targets across all channels including Digital, Contact centre and Retail comprising over 4000 employees. He has a proven track record in leading teams through change including a companywide Digital transformation initiative, a Contact centre consolidation across continents and a Retail rationalisation programme.
Cormac holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies from the University of Northumbria.
Michael Gabriel was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in August 2016. Michael is responsible for ensuring the NRMA reaches its financial and business targets through the Group's business performance, risk, property and tax & treasury functions.
Before joining the NRMA, Michael was General Manager Corporate Finance at Woolworths, where he was responsible for resource and capital prioritisation, group planning and budgeting and managing finance transformation.
Before his time at Woolworths, Michael was the Finance Director of Diageo in Australia and NZ, after working for Diageo in senior finance and supply chain roles across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Michael is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). He holds an MBA from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry and Physics from the Queensland University of Technology.
Emma Harrington was appointed Executive General Manager Sales and Marketing in August 2016. Emma is responsible for sales and membership subscription growth, and driving value in the NRMA Group's products and services for Members and customers.
Before joining the NRMA, Emma held the role of Director, Wholesale and Distribution at Foxtel. Before this, Emma was Managing Director and Acting CEO of Yahoo7 and Group Head of Data & Transaction Commercialisation for Seven West Media. In her time at Yahoo, Emma held various senior sales and marketing roles including Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Director, Marketplace & Sales Operations.
Emma holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of York and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Kent.
Rachel Wiseman was appointed Executive General Manager Commercial and Legal in November 2016. Rachel is responsible for the NRMA Group's commercial interests, including corporate development, investments and legal.
Before joining the NRMA, Rachel held the role of General Manager Corporate Development at Tabcorp Holdings, during which time she was responsible for establishing Tabcorp's UK operations in London. Before this, Rachel held a number of senior roles at Fox Sports including Director Business Affairs and Commercial & Strategy Manager.
Rachel started her career as an accountant with Ernst & Young in New Zealand before moving into corporate law with Phillips Fox. Since moving to Australia, she has held the role of Corporate Counsel with Telstra and General Counsel with Reverse Corp Limited.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand), and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
