The Australian Motorlife Museum

motorlife-museum

The NRMA shares the passion Australians have for their cars and we are proud to partner with the Australian Motorlife Museum to support vintage and classic car lovers.

One hour south of Sydney, the museum is a must-see road trip stopover or destination in itself. The museum proudly showcases the history of the motor vehicle from 1880 and how it has changed the way we live.

Visitors can wander the beautiful grounds at Kembla Grange and learn about the history of motoring through exploring historic vehicles and memorabilia, publications and library, plus view several vehicles and artefacts that are the only surviving pieces of their kind left in the world.

NRMA Heritage Exhibition grand reopening!

To celebrate the reopening of the Australian Motorlife Museum after closure during the pandemic, we are opening a refreshed NRMA heritage display on 1 December 2021, with NRMA Director Marisa Mastroianni in attendance!

NRMA Members are invited to visit the exhibition, which tells our fascinating story from humble beginnings in 1920 through to 100 years later and a membership of 2.6 million.

The NRMA exhibition was first opened in November 2014 as a tribute to the 90th anniversary of NRMA's roadside assistance service. It contains rare NRMA memorabilia including an NRMA Morris J Van, classic bicycles, motorbikes and Holdens, plus a giant NRMA historical timeline.

It is a history we share together so we encourage all Members to enjoy a road trip and visit Kembla Grange!
