You can link your Opal Card to your NRMA Membership in three ways: by using the my nrma app; via your online profile; or by phoning 13 11 22.

You can see the discounted price in your Opal account under the Opal activity tab. Go to, and log in or enter your Opal card details. You can also see your savings via the my nrma app, under My Savings.

You can download the app via Google Play for Android phones, or from the App Store for those on iPhone.

This discount only applies to selected services that currently accept OpalPay (excludes food and beverage items on board). However, Members already have access to a 20% discount on a range of cruise services including whale watching and attraction combo passes, all thanks to NRMA Blue.

No. This discount only applies to selected Manly Fast Ferry services that currently accept OpalPay. These include Manly to Darling Harbour, Manly to Circular Quay and 1 hour sightseeing cruises and more. These do not include any Sydney Ferries or State Transport run bus and rail services.

If you use a Smart Card, you already receive a 20% discount on fares. The NRMA OpalPay discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer - meaning you can only use the NRMA OpalPay 10% discount or the Smart Card 20% discount.

If you lose your Opal card, you can unlink it from your Membership using the my nrma app, via your online profile, or by phoning 13 11 22. If you do find it or get a replacement Opal card, simply link it to your Membership again.

Peak services operate between Manly and Circular Quay from 07:00 AM to 08:30 AM, and 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM weekdays. All other times are off-peak.
